Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a resell-able condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as any photo evidence to support your return request.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please completely inspect your pet bed upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item simply contact us so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

When designing our products, we have focused on comfort for improved rest and sleep and reducing pet anxiety. While trying to be as sustainable as possible, our beds are not bite and/or scratch-proof. If your pet bed has been damaged due to general wear and tear, we are unable to replace it.

However, we are able to extend the life of any used product by offering separate covers and padding for all of our pet bed range, which can be purchased by reaching out via our contact us page.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping costs for exchanges are free. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Change-of-mind return costs are borne by the customer and are deducted from the total order refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
