Thanks again for investing in your fur baby's sleep and relaxation.

Initial Instructions: 

1. Take bed out of vacuum-sealed bag.
2. Manually fluff the inner pillows.

Step two isn't essential, but helps reduce the time the bed will take to reach its true thickness and height. Here is a helpful video on how to 'fluff up' your calming bed. 

Washing Instructions: 

Our calming pet bed outer covers are 100% machine washable.

We recommend washing the removable outer cover only on a light cycle in cold water in order to maximise the lifespan of the bed. The removable cover can easily be removed (see video example below for the Calming Pet Sofa Bed).

Wash the outer cover separately without any other piece of household clothing. Wipe the inner pillow fabric with a damp cloth for all pet bed types, only when required, (do not machine wash, hand wash, or soak).

Do not wring or twist, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean; either the outer cover or the inner pillows or foam.

If hanging the items up to air or drip-dry after washing, this can take anywhere from 2-5 hours. Whereas, we highly recommend hanging the items in direct sunlight as the deliberately chosen polyester material can dry in as little as an hour this way. Also, the sun's ultraviolet (UV) light helps avoid (and even kill) mould.
